1.2. The website https://emanueltonev.com is an online shop of Emanuel Tonev, owner of Emo Tonev Ltd. with UIC 208184383 and address of registration Bulgaria, gr. Varna, ul. Stara Planina 70 (hereinafter referred to as "The Organization").

2. The website presents the activities of "The organisation" and a thematic blog with publications, allows subscription to e-newsletter invitations and book purchases.
3. The website may contain links to other websites. "The organisation" is not responsible for the privacy policies of web sites it does not administer, or any other information contained therein.
4.1. "The organisation" regularly updates the content and accessibility of the website to make it as usable as possible. "The organisation" reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the website and therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted and timely error-free access to the entire website at all times. If necessary and in order to maintain and improve the quality and security of the website "The organisation" may temporarily (scheduled or incidental) restrict access to it.
4.2. "The organisation" is not responsible for malfunctions, bugs or failures associated with external modules that are managed and controlled by external websites.

III. BOOK SALE AND E-NEWSLETTER
6.1. Through a contact form on the website, users can subscribe to an e-newsletter or purchase a book. Filling in the optional information in the contact form helps "The organisation" to address the information to users who might be interested in them.
6.2. The books and e-newsletter are sent by "The organisation" to the e-mail address specified by the user.
6.3 Books are thematic and relevant to the user's professional background and interests. The e-newsletter contains current information publications, promotions and offers related to the activities of "The organisation".
6.4. The user may unsubscribe at any time from receiving messages with invitations to non-networking events and e-newsletters via the link provided for this purpose in the received message or by sending a free text e-mail with the subject "unsubscribe" to the e-mail address info@emanueltonev.com.

"The organisation" owns the intellectual property rights to the website in its entirety, as well as to all its individual components (including logos, brands, photos, videos, texts, drawings, graphics, presentations, etc.), and its content may not be used by third parties without the express written consent of the copyright holder.

9.1. If necessary "The organisation" has the right to unilaterally amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions. Amendments and/or supplements to these General Terms and Conditions shall be published on the website https://emanueltonev.com.
9.2. Amendments and/or supplements to these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the legal relationship between "The organisation" and the user prior to the relevant changes.
10. "The organisation" shall not be liable for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage, loss or loss of profit suffered by the user in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions by the user or due to other causes beyond the control of "The organisation" reasons.
11. "The organisation" shall not be liable for the infringement of the rights of third parties by the actions of the user, including the use by the user of someone else's identity data.
The delivery of the ordered goods shall be carried out in the manner indicated by Emo Tonev Ltd. and by courier service. The price for delivery is calculated based on the location of the person ordering, with orders processed every working day. Cash on delivery payments are accepted.
Emo Tonev Ltd. reserves the right to extend the above terms by up to 7 days without informing the User in advance. Emo Tonev Ltd. reserves the right to change the subcontractor performing the delivery without prior notice to the User, provided that there is no change in the price, time and method of delivery. Emo Tonev Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or impossibility of performance in case it is the fault of the courier company making the delivery, prevented or delayed by reasons caused by insurmountable natural phenomena and/or due to circumstances beyond Emo Tonev Ltd.'s control.
Emo Tonev Ltd. delivers the ordered products on the territory of Bulgaria by courier company to the address indicated by the User or in the office of the courier company indicated by the User. Emo Tonev Ltd. is not responsible for incorrect information entered by the User regarding the delivery address.
Emo Tonev Ltd. shall have the right not to deliver some or all of the products or not to fill some or all of the order at its sole discretion, including but limited to due to out of stock or price change. Emo Tonev Ltd shall notify Users of this by email or telephone call. Emo Tonev Ltd's sole responsibility shall be to refund within 14 days to the User the previously received price of the Product(s), if any.
Emo Tonev Ltd accepts responsibility for the delivery of only one item in an established order. The remaining number of products of the same type will be confirmed or refused depending on the quantities available.
In the event that a Product or Service ordered and paid for in advance cannot be delivered / provided by Emo Tonev Ltd, the User will be informed of this and Emo Tonev Ltd will refund to the account provided by the User the amount paid by him within 14 days.
Payment of purchased goods and services The value of each order is confirmed prior to delivery. The customer shall pay the value of the order whether or not delivery is free. Payment for orders placed shall be made in cash on delivery - payable to the courier delivering the products, with no additional charges other than the final order value stated on the website. In case of payment in cash for the ordered goods and services, the User is obliged to deposit at the time of delivery to Emo Tonev Ltd or its representative making the delivery, the full value of the delivered order.
