What is the LinkedIn algorithm expected to be in 2024?
It is very difficult to foresee any changes to the LinkedIn algorithm in the current year 2024. LinkedIn owners have proven that they can definitely surprise their users. However, some of the expected innovations in my opinion in the next year would be:
Greater emphasis on quality content: LinkedIn is likely to continue to encourage the posting of quality content that includes articles, videos and discussions.
Greater personalization: The algorithm can become more personalized to provide users with more relevant content that meets their interests and needs.
Greater emphasis on networked communication: LinkedIn can refine its algorithm to encourage more communication and connections between users.
Improved data protection and security: In light of growing concerns about data protection, LinkedIn should work to better secure and protect its users' personal information.
Innovation in advertising: We may see new advertising formats and tools that provide more effective ways to interact with audiences.
Could you tell us a bit more about yourself and how you chose your profession? What are your interests and projects outside of work?
I'm running away from clichés, so I'll quickly shorten the distance, both between us and between me and each reader. My name is Emmanuel, but I prefer to be called Emo. I'm 23 years old, I'm originally from the town. I'm 23 years old and live in Novi Pazar, but at the moment I study, work and live in the town of Emo. I live in Varna. People define me as a highly qualified and result-oriented digital marketing specialist with about 4 years of experience in the industry. I define myself as a very ordinary person who enjoys digital marketing and is no different from any of his other colleagues.
I asked my mom how best to introduce myself and she said, tell me something about yourself on a professional level and something about your personal life. Her word is law to say the least, so I listen and I perform.
To date, I have developed an understanding of the different strategies, tactics and tools used in the digital marketing field. I am passionate about digital technology and social media, and have extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive plans that span a variety of channels, but I dare say my favorite is LinkedIn. This is where I own my own LinkedIn newsletter with about 10 articles in it and about 1500 subscribers. I've been a guest on several podcasts about digital marketing and storytelling, and I've also given talks and workshops at various universities and events.
Can you share what is your vision for the future of your field?
Digital marketing continues to develop new horizons and inspire fresh perspectives for professionals. In the future, I think we can expect the following trends:
Personalised marketing is becoming increasingly important. The use of data and artificial intelligence enables the creation of tailored marketing strategies that meet specific customer needs.
Video content: video remains a powerful tool for attracting attention. Video ads and live broadcasts will grow more and more!
Social media and opinion leaders: social media will retain its role as a key channel for interaction with target audiences. Opinion leaders will play an increasing role in business development.
Mobile Marketing: With the increase in the number of mobile devices, optimization for mobile traffic becomes essential.
Artificial Intelligence and Automation: Using artificial intelligence and automated tools will make it easier to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns.
